The third scripture spoken over me was out of the Book of Nehemiah, Chapter 6:3.
Nehemiah 6:3 (KJV)
3 "And I sent messengers unto them, saying, I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down: why should the work cease, whilst I leave it, and come down to you?"
Then he encouraged me to "stay on the wall and finish the project at hand." I have found that some people I thought were close friends have put their hand out to sabotage God's plan for me and the ministry that He entrusted to me. The walls that secured the city had been breached, and the enemy had free reign to come and do as he pleased.
"STAY ON THE WALL! DON’T COME DOWN”
Repeatedly Nehemiah was confronted by those that didn’t want him to finish his course, but he refused to even have a dialogue with them other than to repeatedly say, “I won’t come down off the wall” for any reason.
So I believe this man in the van was sent by the Lord to remind me that I have been equipped and anointed, as well as appointed, to be encouraged to go across this nation and stir the body of Christ to fight the good fight of faith. And I will stay on the wall until I hear these words from my Father in Heaven saying, "Well done thou good and faithful servant." Until then I will continue to share the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Thank You, Father, for anointing us to preach to those that are poor and afflicted. Thank You, Father, for choosing to use the simple to confound the wisdom of this age that we are in living in. Thank You for giving us authority over the darkness and authority to bring the glorious Gospel of Christ to set free those that are in prisons. In Jesus's name, Amen.
Stay the course, and don’t come down off that wall for any reason!
Blessings on the journey, and remember the best is yet to come.
