6 “And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?”

I remember when we used to sing this song all the time back in Missouri. In this song we were letting the devil know that we’re not just helpless but we are people of God. The Bible says that we’re joint-heirs with Jesus Christ and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but they are mighty for pulling down strongholds. So with that I want to say this.

Father, without You we cannot do nothing but through You, through the blood of Jesus Christ, there is no weapon formed against us that shall prosper. So, in the name of Jesus, devil get your hands off of God’s people. We cancel your assignment, in Jesus name. Sickness has to go, poverty hast to go, and the joy of the Lord has to come back to us His children! In Jesus's name we declare it, Amen and Amen!
